Jeff received a degree in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University.  Jeff has spent his career in marketing for major consumer products corporations including Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, and Henkel.  He is currently the Marketing Director for Bar-S Foods Co., which is headquartered in Phoenix.  He has developed expertise in strategic planning, advertising, partnerships, and digital marketing and has been a part of several award-winning advertising campaigns.  Jeff has been heavily involved with youth sports over the last 15 years; coaching baseball, basketball, flag football and soccer.  He also spent 3 years as the Booster Club President for Pinnacle High School's boy's basketball program, and he gained some good fundraising experience in that role.  Now that his two boys are in college at Arizona State University, he is interested in giving back to the community by helping kids enjoy whatever sports and activities they are interested in.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickleball, golf, attending ASU sporting events, and spending time with his family.

Tara is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who has lived in Paradise Valley, AZ for 3 years. She has 20+ years of experience providing quality pediatric treatment, evaluation, and consultation to children of all ages. Tara’s professional expertise primarily focuses on sensory integration and helping children meet their full physical, academic, social, and emotional potential. Tara is also a wife to Kevin MacKenzie and mom of 3 children; she uses her time outside work to pour into her 3 kids and their extracurriculars which include sports, tutoring, and social events. Tara is also active in her children's school where she volunteers and works providing Occupational Therapy services to students on campus. Prior to moving to Arizona, Tara and her family were in Newport Beach, CA where she spent her years in OC starting her business to serve children in the community, raising kids, and helping with the nonprofit Project Hope Alliance who serves homeless children and families in the Orange County area. Tara's overall passion both personally and professionally has involved serving children. 

 Lisa is a Human Resources executive who has lived in Phoenix for over 17 years.  She is the mom to one son who has gone to PV Schools from K-12, and will be a member of the Class of 2023.  As a single parent for most of her son’s formative years, she has seen first hand the benefit of extra curricular activities, including sports, music, and academic activities on her son’s mental and physical well-being.  Prior to her career in Human Resources, Lisa was a Social Worker for the City of Los Angeles, assisting foster youth transitioning out of the system and into independent living. 

Heather is an Arizona native born in Tucson then moved to Phoenix at 9 months old.  She attended the University of Arizona where she received a Degree in Finance and a Minor in Real Estate.  She is married to Len who is also a native to Arizona and went to ASU.  She has 3 boys who were fortunate to have been able to participate in sports at all levels including college and wants every child to have the opportunity to find their passion through activities.  Through her sons baseball she was involved on the Board of Paradise Valley Little League and was the Treasurer for the Pinnacle Baseball Team for 7 years.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.  

Lora was born and raised in Pennsylvania where she earned the following degrees, BS in Elementary Education and MED K-12 Principal Certification.  She has experience in both the urban and rural education settings.  Recently, she, her husband and fur baby moved to Arizona for the weather as they love all things outdoors.  Although she is retired from education, her passion for working with students and being an administrator fits AC2P mission. Additionally, the experience she has working for the non-profits, Logan’s Heroes Animal Rescue in PA, and Charity Beyond Belief in South Carolina will further the goals of AC2P.

Cameron Warren, a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry, brings not only his expertise in sales within commercial real estate, but also a passion for community involvement and youth development. Graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Northern Arizona University in 2005, Cameron embarked on a journey that has seen him excel in various facets of his career.

Since joining Phoenix Commercial Advisors in 2005, Cameron has been instrumental in shaping the real estate landscape of Arizona. His strategic and hands-on marketing approach has consistently maximized value for his clients, particularly in leasing ground-up and second-generation power and grocery-anchored centers across the state, while also representing some of the top retail chains in the country. 

Beyond his achievements in real estate, Cameron's commitment to community service and youth empowerment is evident through his participation in St. Mary’s Foodbank as well as his assistance in founding a club basketball organization. Cameron's dedication to these causes reflects his belief in the transformative power of access to the underserved and in shaping young lives through extracurricular activities.

Integrity and character have always been guiding principles for Cameron, both in his professional endeavors and his philanthropic pursuits. He prioritizes building and maintaining meaningful relationships, understanding that trust and authenticity are essential in all interactions. Outside of his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Cameron leads an active lifestyle, cherishing moments with his wife and three children.
